Online Orders
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and order issues are handled for online
orders placed through AGORA Restaurant’s digital menu and ordering experience.
1) Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they enter preparation.

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

Once an order has started preparation, cancellation may not be possible.
2) Refund eligibility
Because food is prepared fresh and to order, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be approved
for issues such as:
- Incorrect items delivered or missing items (verified by the order receipt).
- Quality concerns (e.g., damaged packaging, spoiled items) reported promptly.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors.
3) Non-refundable situations
- Orders that were correctly prepared but the customer changed their mind.
- Delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Items that were consumed substantially before the issue was reported.
- Requests made long after the order was completed (see “Time window”).
4) Time window to report an issue
Please report any issues as soon as possible and ideally within 24 hours of receiving the order.
This helps us investigate quickly and provide the best resolution.
5) How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
6) Delivery / pickup issues
- Pickup: If you selected pickup and did not pick up the order, refunds are generally not available.
- Delivery: If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address/contact info, refunds may not be available.
